Captrz respects the importance of privacy. This policy uses “Captrz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” without identifying a legal entity that has not yet been approved for publication. It is intended to describe the service conservatively and should be reviewed before paid public launch.
1. Scope
This policy may apply when you visit a Captrz website, request access, contact us, evaluate or purchase services, use a Captrz product, or interact with us as a prospect, customer representative, authorized user, or business contact. It does not describe information handled in an employment or applicant relationship.
2. Information we may collect
Identity and contact information
Names, professional contact details, role or title, company affiliation, and the contents of communications you send to us.
Account and company-profile information
If accounts are enabled, this may include sign-in identifiers, account settings, organization membership, and user-confirmed company or pursuit-profile information. A company profile may include business capabilities, markets, experience, certifications or qualifications a user chooses to confirm, and public-facing company information.
Technical and usage information
Device and browser type, IP address, approximate region derived from technical information, pages or features used, timestamps, referring pages, diagnostic events, and similar operational information.
Billing information
If paid checkout or invoicing is enabled, billing details and transaction status may be handled by payment or billing providers. Captrz should not be understood to store complete payment-card details unless that is expressly disclosed at checkout.
Public procurement and source information
Information available from public-sector sources, public business records, or other sources we are permitted to use, including opportunity, buyer, timing, award, forecast, and market-context information.
3. Sources of information
Information may come directly from you or your organization, from use of the website or service, from approved service providers, from public websites and public records, and from business partners where the sharing is permitted. We may also derive or organize information from these sources, while distinguishing source facts from product inferences where feasible.

4. How we may use information
We may use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the website and services; respond to inquiries and access requests; configure company and opportunity context; communicate about the relationship; administer accounts and billing where enabled; investigate misuse; comply with law; and protect people, rights, systems, and information.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for legitimate analytics, research, security, and product improvement where it is not reasonably linked back to a person. Captrz is not presented as a behavioral-advertising business, and this policy does not authorize behavioral advertising.
5. AI-assisted features
Captrz may use AI-assisted systems to organize, summarize, compare, or interpret company and public-sector information. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Users should review relevant source material and remain responsible for business, legal, compliance, eligibility, and submission decisions.
This policy does not make an unapproved promise about model providers, training, data isolation, or retention. Those matters must be confirmed in the service’s final technical and contractual documentation before launch.
7. Public and source data
Public availability does not make information complete, current, or error-free. Captrz may organize public procurement data and other lawfully available business information, but original sources can change, become unavailable, or contain inaccuracies. Source material should be verified when it matters to a decision.
8. Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the services, manage the relationship, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary by information type, account status, contractual requirements, legal obligations, and backup or security needs.
No fixed retention periods are published here because they have not been approved. Final operational schedules should be documented before paid public launch.
9. Safeguards
Captrz should use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the service. No safeguard, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and this policy does not claim a certification, audit result, encryption standard, or incident-response commitment that has not been approved.
10. Rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the context in which information is handled, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights can be subject to conditions, exceptions, identity verification, and legal or contractual requirements.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@captrz.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and respond to the request.
11. Marketing and service communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop transactional, security, account, billing, or other service-related communications.
13. Links to other sites
The website and service may link to public-sector sources and other third-party sites. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.
14. International use and transfers
Captrz and its service providers may operate in more than one jurisdiction. If information is transferred across borders, the final service should use protections required for the applicable transfer. No hosting region or transfer mechanism is promised here.
15. Children
Captrz is intended for professional and business use. It is not directed to children. This policy does not publish a specific age threshold that has not been legally approved for the service.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The updated version should be posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and additional notice may be provided where appropriate or required.
17. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@captrz.com. A legal entity name and postal address are intentionally not published because they have not been approved.
